Great T-Shirt, bad delivery to the Czech Republic

The T-Shirt is great. It's exactly as I ordered and fits me well.
However the problem is the method of delivery. I don't know whom you exactly use for delivery, but that company gave it to the Czech Post (Česká Pošta) which is a horrible institution. Not only they don't deliver the goods, they don't even give you a notice so I wasn't aware that I can pick it up until you've send the the email about the review.
I know that it's not your direct fault but this delivery really puts a bad stench on the entire experience.
Perhaps when you deliver things to the Czech Republic, you can try to use someone who gives it to Zásilkovna or DPD instead. But not DHL, since DHL cooperates with a local company PPL which unfortunately often gives it to Česká Pošta as well.

I am really sorry for the fulfillment delay and slow shipping. :/ Both your mug and shirt are on their way, though. The mug should arrive within a few days. The shirt might take a bit longer, unfortunately, as it was shipped out yesterday, on the 29th.
