To be honest, my experience wasn't great. The website says that, in "extreme cases," t-shirt orders in North America could take "up to 30 days." Well, 36 days after I ordered my shirt I still hadn't heard anything. So I reached out to them, and I was told that my shirt should ship by the following week. Essentially, they said that if they couldn't get it shipped out by day 42, they would refund my money and give me the shirt anyway. I told them that was simply unacceptable and demanded a refund. I told them I felt the decent thing to do was to send the shirt anyway but that I really didn't care if they ever did. I just wanted my money back. I'm happy to say that they did the right thing. They refunded my money and they sent the shirt anyway. One day after my conversation with them, the shirt was shipped out, and three days later the shirt arrived. To be honest, I don't know how much of this is coronavirus or how much of it was them letting my order slip through the cracks. It seems to me that they are overwhelmed and they simply skipped over my order. Regardless, there really isn't any excuse for this kind of service. 30 days for a single t-shirt should be plenty of time. If they need more than that, then they need to reach out to customers who have already made purchases and be open and honest. It wasn't till I said something that they noticed their error. It is disappointing that they weren't proactive, but they arrived at the right outcome in the end. For that, I will give them another chance. I like the product, I like their niche, and I like the idea of this company. The shirt is what I ordered and what I thought it would be. I have no complaints with it except for the service. I advise you wait till things cool down a bit to place orders. Otherwise, be prepared for this type of experience because it seems fairly common at this point.
OK So the shirt took a long time to arrive. What with all the COVID economic disruption I can dig it. The shirt arrived, looks good. I'm happy. --The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they really should have sent their pending order customers a heads up about the delay.
This shirt has not arrived. I had in fact actually forgotten I'd ordered it. So I am pleased that you guys contacted me- but I did not get the shirt and I do still want it. I would appreciate it if y'all would be so kind as to send me a SHIRT.
